Cancellation Policy
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment or treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice will require cancellation fee for 50% of the service. If you fail to call or show to your appointment without notice, then you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment before scheduling any new appointments. Clients who fail to do so will be banned from booking in the future. Thank you to all my beautiful clients for understanding and respecting my time.
